The Radburn PTA Halloween Party Needs Your Help!

Bake Sale Coordinators (2 people) 🍪
- Planning (before the party): Manage the sign-up sheet, coordinate drop-offs, and make sure we’ll have a good variety of baked goods.
- Set Up (day of the party): Help arrange the table, determine pricing, and label items clearly.
- During the Sale: You don’t have to stay at the table the whole time! Run a shift if you’d like, check in periodically, and then help manage clean-up at the end.
Game Coordinators (2 people) 🕹️
- Planning (before the party): Learn the rules of the games, make sure we have the supplies and prizes needed.
- Set Up (day of the party): Help set up game stations and get everything ready.
- During the Party: Rotate through the game stations to make sure rules are being followed, and support the Radburn Alumni by ensuring they know the rules and feel comfortable running their games.
